Rick Ouellette is a business leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience helping early-stage, emerging, and well-established F500 companies grow revenue.
He has shared his entrepreneurship, branding, and sales & marketing know-how with global business leaders across many industries. He has worked with dozens of technology startups as well as corporate giants like Autodesk, General Electric, NASDAQ, and others to assess, plan, develop, and execute lead generation strategies to achieve sales growth objectives.
Rick has been featured in Business New Hampshire Magazine, New Hampshire Union Leader, as well as Live Free & Start, Inc. He has served as an expert on the New Hampshire High Tech Council Entrepreneur Forum Panel. Rick was selected as a Finalist for TechOut 2015 and later named Innovator of the Week by Live Free & Start, a joint initiative led by the New Hampshire Governor’s office.
He began his career as a retained executive search consultant serving some of the most serious venture capitalist firms including Charles River Ventures, Hummer Winblad Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and more.
Ouellette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Plymouth State University and is formally trained in several sales methodologies including Customer-Centric Selling, Question-based Selling, Selling to Zebras and SPIN Selling.
As a Senior Client Development Executive, Janie Carlini is responsible for managing and fostering client relations as well as executing strategic lead generation programs to deliver business value to customers.
Prior to joining Lead2Revenue in 2014, Janie co-founded a real estate investment firm. Previously, she held a National Business Development Manager role with responsibility for driving new customer acquisition nationally. With 20 years' of sales and customer success experience, Carlini has developed a passion for engaging and motivating teams to meet and exceed goals.
Before becoming a Senior Sales Executive with StarCite, a hospitality-related technology company, Janie lead multiple sales teams for mega hotel brands including Hilton and Marriott.
Carlini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.
As a Sr. Client Development Executive, Bob Colbert is responsible for executing outbound sales development strategies to increase sales opportunities Lead2Revenue’s technology-based clients. Colbert works with customer sales team members to identify and engage qualified executive-level contacts.
Colbert brings more than 20 years’ experience with lead analytics, lead nurturing, and a strong working knowledge of industry best-practices to Lead2Revenue. Bob is a passionate advocate of sales development and has a proven track record of success helping organizations build top-of-funnel pipeline across various industries including education, healthcare, high tech, utilities, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Lead2Revenue, Colbert held sales-related positions at several technology companies including Cabletron Systems, Xylan Networks, and Alcatel Internetworking. As an individual contributor, Bob earned multiple awards including Inside Sales Rep of the Year, Outstanding Achievement in Vertical Markets, and a Channel Partner Service award in recognition of his contributions. Subsequently, Colbert held various team leader positions with responsibility for recruiting, training, developing, and mentoring others.
Colbert earned his Marketing Degree from Franklin Pierce College and studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix.
